When Jessica Margolin and Eric Grant met at Institute for the Future, they immediately recognized mutual interest in systemic improvements, their measurement, and their long-term impact. Further conversations refined and focused their mutual interest in systemic improvement as it applies to organizations, educational systems, and communities. In 2009, they formed the forerunner to WingedPigs, and in 2011 launched WingedPigs.
